What You Need to Know Before You Get Marked
What if I'm scared because it's my first tattoo or pin?
Normal at all. We explain each step, move slowly, and make sure you’re okay before we start. We won’t start until you’re ready, safe, and pleased with the design.
What if my skin is bad or I have allergies?
Tell us before we start. We only use good inks and jewelry, check the ingredients, and do everything we can to help you avoid responses, especially if you have sensitive skin.
What should I do if my tattoo or piercing looks red or swollen?
A little redness is normal. Call us or a doctor if it’s hot, hurts a lot, smells bad, or oozes. Also, make sure you follow the treatment instructions very carefully.
What if I don't know what style I want?
Bring thought or picture files. Melissa will help you, draw out options, and make changes to the little things until it feels just right, personal, and great for you.
What should I do if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Stress-free. To make sure you don’t lose your deposit, call or text us as soon as you can to reschedule.
How do I know your shop is clean and safe?
We use new needles, sterilized tools, gloves, and single-use setups. You’re welcome to watch our process so you feel safe and confident.
What if I change my mind about placement or size?
Tell us before we start. We can re-stencil, resize, or move it until you’re sure. Nothing begins without your clear yes.
What if I’m on a tight budget?
We’re upfront about prices. Share your budget and we’ll plan a strong, clean piece without cutting safety, quality, or respect.
